History
Established in 2021, New Leaf Contracting was founded by Matt and Sergio, two experienced builders who spent years working for other general contractors and construction companies. Over time, we saw a pattern—missed deadlines, poor communication, disappearing crews, and promises that never turned into results. It was frustrating for us, and even more so for homeowners. We started New Leaf because we knew the remodeling experience could—and should—be better. Our goal from day one has been simple: be honest, follow through, communicate clearly, and deliver quality work that we’re proud of.
